This fabulous spacious apartment is a brand new fit out. The apartment is best suited for a professional and mature couple. It has two bathrooms with showers and one has a bath. There is a master bedroom and a study/bedroom, both have built in wardrobe space available. A queen size bed in the master bedroom and we have a new double bed in the study. There is also a fold down couch in the lounge room. The apartment is not really suited for young children as it does not really have enough space for them. It is perfect for a professional couple and perhaps two friends. This Apartment has brand new furniture and white goods. A comfy BBQ patio outside with lounges. It has t.v, air conditioning unit, DVD player, and speakers. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer too. Internet access can be arranged but is not automatically available.
Five minutes walk to the station and only 15 minutes by train to the centre of Melbourne. Right in the shopping area of Ormond.
Just walking distance to OnTop Bar as well as restaurants like Remezzo (Italian Restaurant), Inn China, Steak bank Charcoal Grill, Sizzle India Indian Restaurants.
